Over 40 organizations in the environmental community attended to hear about major projects and collaboration funding... It was heard loud & clear by ESANS during the 2009 Membership Survey that useful interaction with government representatives is a high priority for members. As a result, ESANS organized this event for our members to hear the current status of government focus and direction, and the associated upcoming opportunities. The federal, provincial and municipal governments communicated a variety of topics that are of high interest to ESANS members. This inaugural annual event provided the opportunity for ESANS led interactions with Government representatives in the environmental sector. The event was a mixture of Panel Discussions - Breakout Sessions - Audience Questions and Answers. |
