ENVIROWATER TECHNOLOGIES

EWT (Envirowater Technologies) has many years of experience in the water treatment industry. Despite all common economical trends, EWT has kept its unique flexible and independent status, which provides enormous benefits and possibilities to our customers.

At the same time EWT is constantly monitoring the supplier market and technological advancements, making sure, we deliver environmentally friendly, state-of-the-art water technology solutions.

Our commitment:
Commitment starts with the right philosophy. Our prime directive is to deliver comprehensive and suitable water treatment solutions from A-Z for residential and commercial customers, for well and city water supply.

What happens next:
An initial and free-of-charge consultation to explaining the overall concept in depth and addressing any questions or concerns you might have is a good starting point for a relationship with our team.

Besides testing for some crucial parameters right at the source, we can initiate all required tests through an accredited and certified third party lab at very affordable prices. We even sample the water and drop it off at the lab for you. Once we have a good understanding of your water and a clear picture of all circumstances, we then discuss in a second meeting viable solutions to help you have the water you really want to have.

With us, there is no “business as usual”. We don’t believe in and we don’t like “off- the- shelf-solutions.” Every single situation is different and unique. That is why our goal is to provide customized, rather than standardized solutions. Based on experience, we know that individual applications are crucial to meet customer expectations. And we gladly accept this challenge.

We employ our own crew of qualified and certified installers. Our customers are not left in the dark. Not only would you receive a detailed walk-through, once our systems are installed, any future questions will be answered as soon as possible. In order to sustain warranty agreements, we keep track of any required services and inform our clients well ahead of any due dates.

Solutions:
After a proper evaluation of existing conditions, our solutions range from small under the sink devices up to whole-property treatment systems. This includes, but is not limited to softeners (salt based and salt-less), iron filters, sulphur and manganese treating devices, reverse osmosis systems, bottle-less water coolers, ultra violet lights, ultra filtration and much more.

Good to know:
We even service systems, which were not and installed by us. Our warranties provide excellent benefits for our customers. Most of our hardware either comes with a 20 year warranty or can be upgraded to this level (some conditions apply). Would you like to find out what flow rate and recovery rate in your well look like? Yes, we have high tech equipment and trained staff to provide this service to you as well.

In the unusual event, we have to come back 3 times within the first year to fix one specific problem on a unit, caused by manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the existing device with a new one at our expense. No questions asked. We keep our clientele informed. Once per month we send out a newsletter dealing with all kinds of interesting facts linked to the large topic “water.” We write it, we provide it and it is free of charge to you.

We have published articles with numerous reputable institutions, such as the Halifax Chamber and we even do in-house presentations for businesses right on site.

And what else:
We are proud members of some of the most prestigious associations in our industry, such as Clean Nova Scotia, Better Business Bureau, Halifax Chamber of Commerce, Nova Scotia Home Builders’ Association, Canadian Home Builders’ Association, Water Quality Association, Esans and the St Margaret’s Bay Chamber.

We support local and national organizations such as Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Nova Scotia International Air Show and World Vision. As well you will find our presence in many reputable magazines like East Coast Living, SaltScapes, Living Healthy, Optimyz and Progress.

Take a look at our web sites; get an even better look and see, what our customers have to say. Each single posted quote is authentic and we keep the hardcopies on file (www.perfectwaternovascotia.com www.envirowatertec.com ).

We look forward to find the best possible solutions for you and would be thrilled to working with you on a long-term basis. We are Falk and Nicole Herd. We are Water Technicians with Envirowater Technologies and we are passionate about what we do.

Thank you for your business, your trust and your referrals!
