We even sample the water and drop it off at the lab for you. Once we have a good understanding of your water and a clear picture of all circumstances, we then discuss in a second meeting viable solutions to help you have the water you really want to have.
With us, there is no “business as usual”. We don’t believe in and we don’t like “off- the- shelf-solutions.” Every single situation is different and unique. We employ our own crew of qualified and certified installers. Our customers are not left in the dark. We even service systems, which were not and installed by us. Our warranties provide excellent benefits for our customers. Most of our hardware either comes with a 20 year warranty or can be upgraded to this level (some conditions apply). Would you like to find out what flow rate and recovery rate in your well look like? Yes, we have high tech equipment and trained staff to provide this service to you as well.
In the unusual event, we have to come back 3 times within the first year to fix one specific problem on a unit, caused by manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the existing device with a new one at our expense. No questions asked. We keep our clientele informed. Once per month we send out a newsletter dealing with all kinds of interesting facts linked to the large topic “water.” We write it, we provide it and it is free of charge to you.
We have published articles with numerous reputable institutions, such as the Halifax Chamber and we even do in-house presentations for businesses right on site.
