REMEDIATION SERVICES
HAZCO has completed thousands of remediation projects to date. We are able to mobilize heavy equipment and remediation experts to sites within a short period of time in any location in Canada to assist with remedial needs associated with incidents or historic facility operations. Our remediation expertise ranges from cleaning contaminated soil and groundwater to the construction of water treatment facilities, secure landfills, slurry walls and a host of other services and technologies.
DEMOLITION SERVICES
HAZCO owns one of the largest fleets of heavy demolition equipment and associated accessories in Canada. Our fleet of heavy equipment combined with our experienced equipment operators are an important component of our industrial emergency response services. HAZCO’s highly skilled site crews and project management professionals are capable of handling the most challenging of projects, including work in sensitive habitats and remote locations.
IN-SITU REMEDIATION TECHNOLOGIES
HAZCO offers a variety of in-situ remediation technologies. The following lists systems supplied:
ON-SITE WASTE HANDLING AND DISPOSAL SERVICES
The proper disposal of waste recovered and/or generated during emergency response calls is an important element of HAZCO’s services. Our extensive waste management experience in both hazardous and non-hazardous solids, sludge and liquids is a key asset for our clients. We employ full time regulatory and waste management professionals who find and audit suitable third party facilities and continue to expand our recycling/disposal options through strategic partnerships.
HAZCO has an extensive network of recycling and disposal options available to provide cost effective and timely waste management services. Our experienced crews can provide spilled material identification, spill neutralization and clean-up, materials segregation; lab packing; bulk materials preparation and handling, screening, transportation via HAZCO or third party vehicles and waste tracking to final destinations, be they HAZCO or third party facilities. Our trained environmental technicians and chemists can segregate wastes as needed and pack them according to chemical classification and reactivity as needed.
