OEA Technologies Incorporated is a marine monitoring and surveillance company. It offers a range of consulting services pertaining to marine environmental monitoring, surveillance and oceanography.

Earth-observing satellites, oceanography and coastal HF radars are our specialty. Military and civilian clients rely on OEA to develop and implement integrated operational oceanography and rapid environmental assessment (REA) strategies in coastal waters.
