The Mission of Underground Consulting Services Inc. (UCSInc.) is to prevent damage to buried facilities through education, advocacy, public awareness and dependable cost-effective communication between UCSInc and those intending to disturb the ground.
UCSInc. is primarily concerned with safety. Excavators, whether private home owners or public contractors, reduce the risk of personel injury and property damage by using our service. Owners and operators of buried facilities reduce the risk of facility damage, service disruption, environmental contamination, loss of product and potential disaster.
